  • The corporation announced a Digital Strategy plan over 4 years, committing €1B of free cash-flow return and a yearly investment of more that €150M. 

How we Helped

  • Data analytics and AI is the key driver of the program and Y-Mobility has been involved as strategic advisors and interim Managers from the beginning of the project.

Platform Strategy

  • Y-Mobility has been leading the design and implementation of the Data Platform strategy, from both a technological and organizational perspective.

Program Management

  • Y-Mobility has provided Repsol with the expertise required to manage large scale transformation programs. 
  • Y–Mobility has been in charge of the Data Program for Industrial Analytics at Repsol.

Community of practice

  • As required for the scale of the project, Y-Mobility has designed and implemented a model for community of practice around data in Repsol. 
  • It involves more than 700 professionals and acts as an accelerator for knowledge transfer and enablement.
